Epic Beaker Training Manual
Epic training for Registered Nurses and Respiratory Therapists is a two-part process*. First, you will watch a set of prerequisite e-learnings. Then, you will attend a lab session to practice what you’ve learned.
*OR Nurses do not attend the lab session. You are only required to watch the e-learnings.

Ambulatory RN
Ambulatory nurses attend training geared to the ambulatory workflow. The class is called AMB Clinical Staff. Please reach out to your office manager for the appropriate training date. The dates are available in the Cooper Learning Network.
Part 2: Lab Session
- Please park in your assigned location and take the Cooper shuttle to the CCBO. The shuttle picks up at the entrance of the Kelemen Building and at the Waterfront Garage. It will drop you at the front door of the CCBO building.
- Please wear your Cooper badge or bring ID to check in at the desk on the first floor.
- Class is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. You will receive information on the room number prior to attending.
- Please make sure that you log in and out of Kronos when you attend the lab session.
