Make sure you are on search for a player. Then enter Tont in the player's name box, and Swedish in the nationallity box. He should be the only player what shows after you have clicked search. Tonton Zola Moukoko plays for the second division Sweedish club called Jonsered, he is valued at £40,000. He does not take long to reply to your offer. • How to win every game

To win every game do this. Add manager of the team you are facing and put the striker in goal and the rest in defence. Put the defence in midfield and 2 keepers in attack. Before you go to match go to the oppositions tactics and make a running line so their goalie [who is their striker]in to the opposite box. This is a cheat I stumbled across when i was playing the game.
First of all this cheat isn't a cheat that can change your whole game but it's qiute useful.
When you loan transferlisted players. The club that you loaned the player from has an asking price for that player. And when the player arrives at the club. you can change that players Asking price, to 0 or whatever you want to be the asking price. | Submitted by Ylli

You should also buy Riccardo Montolivo from Atalanta because he is brilliant after he turns 23. He scored 20 times in 25 games and assisted 13 times in his first season i bought him and it hasnt stopped(he cost me 18.5 million £ but it was so worth it). Iniesta from barca, lionel Morgan wimbledon and Kasper Schmeichel all become exellent in there early 20. Setting up your Team

Championship Manager 4 Best Tactics Software

An important part of the game is concerned with how you set up your team and a quick trawl through the internet will offer many opinions and I have even seen one suggested tactic that did not even have a goalkeeper. However, your tactics need to be determined with two main factors in mind and then other factors are built upon this. The two factors are:

[1] A strong defence.

[2] Utilisation of your best players.

In More Detail

Everything else is secondary. So if you have FIVE decent defenders always play them, using some form of 5-3-2 (adjust for defensive/normal/attacking based on the midfield players you have). If however you only have FOUR decent defenders you are better off just playing them and playing another player elsewhere in the park; play either 4-3-3 or 4-4-2.

Choose players with a high set piece score to take direct free kicks and penalties.

If you have few good defensive players, play 5-3-2 with midfielders in the wingback positions and your best defender as a sweeper in the centre to mop up any strikers who get past your weaker defenders.

Championship Manager 4 Update

Other team’s tactics. Usually it is simply better to play your own tactics, rather than adjust to counter the opponent’s tactics. However, this does occassionally work, if they are playing with a packed midfield and only one up front it makes sense for you also to pack your midfield at the expense of a defender (see more on the next page about in game tactics).

As in the real game be prepared to adjust to match the situation, if your starting 11 have not delivered what you want in the first 60 minutes there is a higher statistical probability that they won’t in 90 minutes either. That’s when to change things.

Finally, if you are playing a cup match and it looks like it is going to go to penalties use your substitutions to get your best penalty takers (high rating for Shooting and Set Pieces) on the pitch. Do this in the last minutes (usually 119 minutes).
